Phone delays are 20 - 30 minutes before you get a human, they will not let you talk to a supervisor, and will do nothing to rectify the situation. I offered to do the install myself - they refused. Communication by email is even worse - they took three days to respond that they could not find my account and made it sound like it was my problem.
